Samuel Group CEO Joins NATO DIANA as a Volunteer Mentor to Support Allied Innovation

Samuel Group D.C. is proud to announce that CEO Goran Samuel Pesic has accepted the role of volunteer mentor with NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA). This initiative is at the forefront of advancing cutting-edge innovation within NATO’s dual-use technology ecosystem, supporting startups and entrepreneurs developing solutions vital to defense and security.

NATO DIANA has established a distinguished network of mentors and experts, tapping into top talent across technology, business, finance, law, and defense. As a mentor, Goran eagerly anticipates providing strategic guidance to innovators as they navigate the complexities of business development, technology marketing, funding, procurement, and commercialization.

This initiative is dedicated to strengthening innovation ecosystems across all 32 NATO nations while fostering deeper collaboration among allied innovators, mentors, and adopters. Through DIANA, NATO is enabling the development of cutting-edge dual-use technologies that enhance the resilience and security of the Alliance.

Goran Samuel Pesic shared his thoughts on this new role:
